Interested in billing your insurance?
Insurance coverage and possible co-pays need to be discussed prior to scheduling your first appointment, though not prior to initial 30-min consultations.

Insurance may be billed on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for the bill. For this reason your insurance benefits must be verified ahead of time to avoid any unexpected costs to you.

In order to bill your insurance I will need a copy of your insurance card and ID. You may bring your insurance card and ID to the first appointment, or a copy of front an back of each..

I am on the provider panels of the following insurance companies:

Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (registered out-of-network participating provider)
MHN (soon)

Healthnet (soon)

If you have a different insurance company, let me know, as I occasionally join new panels.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, there are also many insurance companies that will reimburse you for my services. If you currently have mental health coverage and I am not on their panel, please check your coverage with your provider to determine what percentage of the fee they may reimburse you for services with licensed out-of-network providers. I am happy to provide you with the necessary billing codes for each appointment.

Insurance can be confusing. Please call or e-mail me with any questions you may have.
